All Tokyo Fitness personal trainers hold Australia’s highest Personal Training Qualification (Master Trainer) and additionally hold University Degrees and certificates in remedial massage, nutrition and more. This means we are capable of delivering you the results you desire!
Personal training sessions can be conducted at your home, in the gym or outdoors.
Assessments
Tokyo Fitness performs thorough postural, alignment and movement assessments to ensure you receive a 100% tailored personal program. Different people need different exercises! — this is an imperative part of any exercise regime.
One-on-One Sessions
After a thorough assessment of your current physical condition, your Tokyo Fitness Trainer will design a detailed program specific to your needs and goals. From here, your personal training sessions are dynamic and can entail anything from corrective exercise, weights, cardio, boxing, stretching and massage.
Buddy/Group Sessions
Don’t like training alone? Want more affordability? Training sessions can be performed with a partner, friend or small group.
