Group Fitness
At Tokyo Fitness we take the same scientific approach to designing and running our classes as we do to Personal Training. Classes are specifically designed to meet our clients goals and we ensure all participants are performing every exercise is a safe and effective manner.
Boot Camp
Located in Arisugawa Park, Boot Camp is an outdoor fitness program incorporating resistance exercises, core work, boxing, interval running and more.
Classes are designed to improve fitness, burn fat and tone the body!
Core & Cardio
The core and cardio class focuses on Pilates and other abdominal exercises to target the core in combination with cardio training such as boxing, kickboxing and stair sprints.
Great for developing the elusive “washboard abs” and overall fat loss!
Boxing
Learn fighting techniques whilst getting an intense cardio workout. Boxing classes also incorporate circuits and sprint work for an overall burn.

Who can do group classes?
Anyone! Everyone goes at their own pace and is encouraged by fellow participants and the trainer- you don’t have to be screamed at to do your best!

All classes are held by the statue near the children’s playground in Arisugawa Park in Hiroo.
