Our experienced personal trainers will create a challenging yet enjoyable program for your team which can include boxing, fitness circuits, running, and much more. The classes can take place before or after work, lunch time sessions in the company’s gym or outdoors. Tokyo Fitness is a registered Kabushiki Kaishya (KK) and can provide any required receipts and will supply all necessary equipment.

There are many benefits of an on-site health and wellness program. These include convenience, time management and insurance. We can include the following in a corporate health and fitness package:

Fitness Assessments

These include postural assessments, body composition, fitness testing. Assessments are designed to suit the companies’ individual needs.

Group Training

Onsite 1-on-1 training for your team. Includes core conditioning, back care & strengthening, boxing and more.

Self Defence Classes

A great way to improve self-confidence, fitness, agility and balance.

Pilates

Great for inner strength and muscle definition. All you need is some floor space and we will provide the rest!

Boot Camp

High-energy work outs in outdoor locations such as Yoyogi, Hibiya and Arisugawa Park. All fitness levels welcome!!
